With a passion for purpose-driven design, Holly Harshman has been crafting innovative workplaces for leading technology and professional service firms for more than 15 years.  A career and portfolio spanning both East and West Coasts, she has developed workplace strategies, crafted unique design solutions, and partnered with clients to think of the built environment as a catalyst for storytelling and placemaking.  As an Associate with Gensler’s DC office, she strives to strengthen studio culture and team engagement through her mentorship and thought-leadership.  Beyond the world of design, she is a proud mama of two little ones who keep her on her toes while opening her eyes to all the simple wonders around us.
