URSULA FINLEY

Ursula Finley is Director of Interior Design, and Principal of AECOM’s Washington, D.C. office. She has over 20 years of experience in the programming, planning, managing, and design of commercial, government and educational projects. As Director of Interior Design, she focuses to provide her clients, spaces that support and enhance their business goals, employee wellness and culture. She is an expert at leading highly effective and collaborative project teams. She prides herself to building lasting relationships with her clients.

 

Ursula is a member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and is part of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter Board as the President Elect.

 

She also contributes directly to staff engagement and diversity initiatives including mentorship, training of the Interiors Washington D.C. Studio empowering them to think out of the box and thrive as designers, is a member of the AECOM Women’s Leadership Alliance and JUNTOS, an AECOM Employee Resource Group and is member of the AECOM ED&I committee.
